Hank was born and raised in Avondale Estates, just outside of Atlanta. After high school, he headed to Athens where he graduated in 2000 from the Terry College of Business at University of Georgia with a degree in Economics.
Following a year as a professional golfer on various mini tours, he became an agent with New York Life Insurance in 2001. He spent the next six years helping over 200 clients in Athens and Atlanta manage their risk and business planning needs. While still in the insurance business, he began investing in real estate in 2003. He decided to leave New York Life in 2007 so he could pursue real estate interests full time.
In early 2009, during the recession, he purchased Tall Boy Beverage Company, a wine & spirits store in Athens. He sold it in 2015 for triple his investment. The skills gained running a business and managing real estate through hard economic times allows Hank to provide unique value to his clients to meet their real estate needs during both up and down markets.
Hank lives in Oconee County with his wife, Cassie, and their two children. Hank enjoys golfing, hiking, travelling, and rooting on the Dawgs!!
